I only discovered that I am free at the weekend  a day or so ago, but I thought it might be a bit late in the day or cheeky to put myself down for coming along.  That said, it would be nice to meet some of you guys and on reflection I will show up for a chat or a ride out.

After a long day in the saddle, working in the garden or manning the BBQ not really a lot that can beat a good cold one for refreshment, be the amber larger or cider (or a combination if you so wish!    ).
Just like bikes, every drink has the right time and place and has to be enjoyed in it's own way!

Sadly, it's been pointed out that my stomach is getting overly large so I've decided to go on a diet.  I will only drink beer on the weekends instead of during the week and Scotch Monday thru Friday.  Scotch has about 65 calories per serving verses beer that has twice or more calories.  Wish me luck.  I call this the Scotch diet.
