How do you know that Jim is not a worshiper of the gym.  In fact Jim doing Gym time should make him more Ripped than he already is

If I'm ripped, it's from drinking the medicinal Scotch, not from exercise.  The only exercise I get is from riding the C14.

Can anyone help Shrek, of what the benefits would be if any?
