Checked today : made nice day ride in France with fresh filled tank.  Filled it again after 430 kms, 21.5 liters

by my calculation that equates to 56.8 miles per gallon ....i think

In 35k kms average is still 5.0 liters/100 kms

And to come back to topic, I usually see around 160 miles to the tank-full. But then I spend most of my time screaming round the twisties so it's heavy throttle out of every corner.

SWMBO was looking at something similar to vinyl wrapping that can be printed with your own design, then wrapped around your lid. Reckon a custom paint job would be better, and if she's paying....
