Sunday 12th June, does anyone from the Yorkshire region fancy a ride up towards Tan Hill Inn in Swaledale?

Spot of lunch and a natter?

Mr Wolf .... I would love to but a bit far for me this morning  ;D ;D  I'm sorry to say but it is actually RAINING down here in Sunny Sussex ! If you do go .. have a good one .... not long till your Scottish trip eh ? Come round quickly hasn't it ?

Lonewolf

Yes, its suddenly leapt up on me. I know its only Scotland but Scotland is still a beautiful location for a trip. I'm all packed up, which is a bit sad I know but thats the organised side of me coming out. Three night shifts, Mon-Wed, Thursday day off just to make any final tweaks to anything that needs tweaking and then early doors, Friday morning I'll be on my way.

I'm pleasantly suprised just how much you can get in the panniers and still be well within the weight restrictions.

Sounds good ... just put my tent up in the lounge  ;D ;D
The rest of the kit is down from the loft and all those extras I bought yesterday .... batteries for the head torch, a couple of gas canisters for the stove and lamp, bits for the 1st aid kit etc etc ... just got to photocopy my docs and plastic, then pack it all in .... the 4 day week is now a 7 day week ( yes I know .. more overtime ) finishing next Monday at 0700 ... home/sleep and off to a friends in Battle for the evening so to make the morning ride to The Chunnel a bit shorter ..... Wooohooooo  ;D ;D ;D
