HJC Rapha ST

My Shoei Qwest is in desperate need of retirement!
When I tour with SWMBO use a Givi X08, fits well, flip front, and drop down sun visor, a tad noisey but that's flip fronts which I kinda understand with joints and knobs and stuff! Still prefer a full face for work / day 2 day use.
Love the versatility of the drop down sun visor, have a "Shoei" head, last 3 full facers have been Shoei and no complaints, so GT-AIR would be the logical replacement as my head sorta fits the Shoei mold?
BUT.....tried a HJC RAPHA ST on yesterday at J&S, fitted well, reduced to £200 from £300, massive saving on a GT-AIR.
BUT (the second!) you don't get 'owt for now't.........whats the issue with the HJC, any experience of them out there?
Helmets are personal I appreciate, we're all different size & shape, but what are HJC's like to live with?
