after the OEM tyre's BT021's which were not that good,i only got about 4K on them,i had P.R3's fitted,i got almost 7k out of them, then the P.R4gt's came out !!!!! i thought they would be better than the 3's,after 4.5K on the 4's i decided to get them replaced due to handling while pulling away after start up.the front & rear had squared off,i've gone back to the road pilot 3's,the 1st pair i had were £310 fitted, now they cost me £279 fitted, the bike feel's transformed,i think i'll stick with the 3's,better the devil you know,i managed to get 100 mile's on it today, off to the MCN show on saturday in peterborough, leaving a day later than originally planned due to the weather forecast.

Just had my GTR serviced by the guys at GT Superbikes in Talbot Green here in South Wales, and they said I need new tyres. I've booked it in too have Pilot Road 4 fitted. But now I'm not sure if I should go for PR3 or PR4. Anyone have any advice or experience of using either> :ohplease:

Tapps,
agreed with the pr3's but really surprised on how much you are paying for them!!! the most I have paid for a full set fitted was £231. Even less when I manage to have them changed in France during the moto gp or the 24h bike race in le mans (last friday, front fitted for £70/€93!!).
