Anyone got one or know where I can get one for a good price, discounted etc... ?

BigAlan

Not usually available second hand as once fitted they seem to stay fitted, mine is black and been on since new and supplied by skidmarx and well worth the money, as is the rear mudguard extra attachment available from "Blue" in the selling section.

Alan

Scratched to bits. Cant put that on a shiney beast !
Looking for a good condition one.

You wont get any better than that.. Rub the scratches down and spray it. will look ok then... If not then buy a new one and stop being so tight like Ali says....  :mfr_lol:

Bought mine from Skidmarx around 18 months ago came with all fittings. Great quality hugger for the money fitted in minutes perfect fit no alterations needed. Keeps all the crap of the rear shock and rectifier. Paid £90 when purchased money well spent in my opinion.  We all could do with the odd bargin but remember cheapest isn't always best. !!!!!!!!!!!!!

:agree:

Its not about being tight, its a about trying to save a bit of money if there are any about. You'd be surprised what people have laying about doing nothing if you ask. If nothing comes forward ill buy a new one, not a problem. :gun_bandana: :gun_bandana: :gun_bandana: :gun_bandana: :gun_bandana: :gun_bandana: :gun_bandana: :gun_bandana: :gun_bandana: :gun_bandana: :gun_bandana: :gun_bandana: :gun_bandana: :gun_bandana: :gun_bandana: :gun_bandana: :gun_bandana: :gun_bandana:

One of the huggers I had on my GTR didn't fit too well and it also had scuff marks on the side of it like that one has on Ebay. It still functioned just fine but I understand why you want it to look right.

When I had my bandit, I bought a hugger for £30 that was virtually brand new. The guy selling bought a bandit, spent loads of money doing it up and then sold the bike so all the bits he bought he sold on at a fraction of the cost. When I went to look at the hugger, he also had a gel seat that I  bought  from him for £100, so you never know what people have lurking around.

If that is being Tight, then I can live with that. LOL !!
