1. Type the text you want

2. Highlight it.

3. Click the insert hyperlink icon above.

4. After the "url" but before the closed square bracket add an equal sign then paste in the link ("=link"), like this:

5. For example:

6. The above turns into this when you post:

At least that's how I do it.
