As per title, it was posted months ago about a technique where you can have the screen raised to the max without having the ignition on. I've searched, Gooogled, and looked in the manual but I'm chuffed if I can find how to do it. Anyone know how to do it?

Turn your ignition on, raise screen as normal and hold the button in the up position then while continuing to hold turn ignition off, screen stays up then.
