Evening all.

I'm pretty sure I've just got standard bulbs in my new pride and joy - yellowish tint.

Was wondering whether anyone has replaced the standard with the Philips X-treme bulbs that look white/blue-ish?

Jon ... There have been many posts and threads on this topic  ... Although because I am such an IT genius I can't even post the links for you !  :mfr_lol:
Someone will be along in a minute to help you and also with the condensation problem .... I think with that you just need to ride the bike for longer to generate enough heat to evaporate the moisture !
Enjoy !

Will these fit with the 2010?  And still enable high and low beam from the left console as normal?

KENNETH0405

Hi fitted mine to a 2008 model I presume a 2010 as well i don't think there is any difference if I'm wrong I'm sure a forum colleague will correct me----and yes they operate as normal

Does anyone know if there is a LED option which can be fitted safely to our bikes?

I think there's a few places selling led headlights on the net Alan, but I believe that they're not legal yet for road use. Can't see it being too long before they are though.

The big problem with LEDs is that the mirror is designed for a point source of light.
Halogens and HIDs are point source, but LEDs are not as they currently need multiple chips to produce the light needed.
When designed as an LED headlight they are as good as HID with lower power use and way less heat.
No doubt someone will come up with a method to do this but at the moment they are illegal, and for good reason: You will be blinding everyone else!
