Yep, that is totally shit service. Is it a language issue or just poor customer service? Theres a guy on here French Biker perhaps he could act as a mediator if the language is an issue or I do believe I read only yesterday that Boomer was fluent in French, just a thought.

Mine were delivered quickly, were finished nicely and were one of each - left and right

I can't comment on MIT. I dealt with Motax directly and they were fast, efficient and accurate.

I hope you bought by credit card. If so, then phone your CC company and have the payment rescinded.
Explain the circumstances to the CC company and most are very helpful.

If you paid via PayPal then use the PayPal dispute system. Item is unfit for purpose and not as descibed.

That is poor service and I echo what Boomer has posted above.

I'm going to look at getting these manufactured by a local company. Its only a bit of perspex and a bracket after all. What price point would people be willing to pay ex shipping? It would be a non profit venture

i dunno...whatever is fair i would guess.....cost +10%??........£30.00 would be nice
It's not a case of whether we can fix it or not - it's more a case of how fixed would you like it?

Kwikasfuki

There's the initial fixed cost of the designing the template. Then its down to material and quantity. I'm going to see them either this Friday or grab them over Easter

I'd be willing to pay the price that mit are asking for a set of reflectors, I'm sure that a set of reflectors designed with input from a gtr owner will fit just so

How much are they from MIT & Motax in £'s. You'd probably find a viable market for them also on Ebay/Amazon, just a thought.
