Need some advice please. There is a place in RSA that now imports the PYRAMID brand of huggers into SA.
Does anyone know this brand ( I believe it is from the UK ). If anyone knows or have had any experience with this brand please give me some feedback.

Thanks

Deon, it's a very popular brand and it'll be just fine. I think mine is a pyramid.

Thanks for the feedback guys. Yes, Skidmarx is a very good product but at this stage, the Pyramid is the ONLY hugger we can get here at this stage ( believe it or not !! ).

I assume that the hugger is the same over all the models ??

Yes, it's exactly the same regardless of the year of the bike.

Are you able to post a pic of the carbon one ? Seems like they are only offering the black one down here.

I belive the hugger on my bike is a Pyramid product.
The supplied bolts did not fit well, too small. So I used stainless steel dome headed hex bolts on the left side, dome heads inside nearest the tyre.

Thank you. I think I prefer the looks of that over the black one.
I will check with them to see if they are able to bring the carbon look one in. Not too cheap at R1 900.00 !!!

It would be well worth the money, the shipping maybe a little expensive though.

I put a Pyramid hugger on my bike and it fitted perfectly. I would recommend their products.

Only thing that I had to do was put a bit of grease on a rubber stopper on the left side as it was making a squeaking noise when the suspension worked, just a dry rubber against the swing arm, nothing concerning.

But it was a well made product and fitted well.
