Today's trp

[patrick]

Today I commenced my training / mentoring with the NEG http://www.neggb.org.uk/ and traveled 18 miles  from home to the race start and then did 6 laps of a 10 mile cycle road race course.

The good news is thatit went well and I enjoyed it.

After the debrief I went for ice cream by the river at Chester and then came home on a more scenic route and not at cycle racing speeds.
