Good dealer Service

Put the big Green beast in for it's service yesterday at Colchester Kawasaki where I bought it from. You may recall that at 8,000 miles the Front discs needed replacing because they were so badly grooved and the second set of pads was already down to bare metal. At the time they replaced both under warranty. 5 months later with 13,000miles on the clock, the discs are fine but the pads are worn to within 2 mm of the back-plate.
Anyway the guys at Colchester Kawasaki said,  "No problem we will replace them under warranty again".
Can't say fairer than that ...£169 for the Silver service, and free pads.
Let's give 'em some praise when it's deserved.

I'm surprised that brake pad wear would be covered under warranty - you certainly can't complain about that, that's a good dealer there.
