The Sun Shone....

... on Thursday so the GTR came out and we headed eastwards from North Shropshire instead of the usual trips to Wales.

The route took in Congleton, Macclesfield, Cat n Fiddle  (road was wet n slippery and it was very cold up top!) Buxton, Glossop,  Holmfirth and the Derwent Reservoirs.

190 Miles,  1st time with Pillion in 4 months and a few cob webs now blown away.

Decent bit of mileage, especially at this time of the year. Its good to get out though isn't it? I do like Shropshire, I've stayed in Ludlow & surrounding areas a few times on short breaks. I even went there on my bike late last year. I had a little trip out today too, I'll put a thread on later hopefully, time permitting.

Nice to see your out and about Patrick ... down here in the warm south it has again been quite a decent day ( Friday ) .... but I have been at work so could not get out ... maybe in a few days !
