2kwacks , cheers for link , may have to forcee myself to go this summer sometime ,dont know why but i thought it was up Cumbria  good job i didnt say to anybody i meet you there

unfortunatley this sunday i arranged to take a mate who looking for her 1st big bike to Millenium motorcycles in St Helens , unless i can persuade her to go pillion instead
hope your mate dose not have a trade in, millenium give a really low p/x price, and still expect top price for there bikes. they have some very nice bikes there. but you need to buy without p/x so you can haggel over the price, they work on knocking £500 of screen price if you have no p/x  p.s what model is your mate after and what size? sorry to hear you can't make it on sunday, but when the weather picks up we will try to arrange a meet at the ponderosa  hope I i've more luck than last year with that thou!
getting on now...  but not as old as Rog or Geoff

If you are buying from Millenium or any of the MotoGB Group, look at the service book very carefully. Their adverts all say with 5 service stamps, or whatever. What they don't say is the book is stamped but the service may or may not have been done. They took my last bike in which was dealer serviced at the first service only and then serviced the next three times by yours truly. Their for sale advert for my bike on  their website said with 5 dealer service stamps. Just be careful that's all I am saying and ask for evidence of servicing such as receipts, and don't rely on their service book.

cheers for advice , we not actually buying ,just looking at what will suit her, maybe  a Hornet or a xjr400   :biker3:   , options are open. but i still working on the meet up  :punk: a bacon butty in the caton layby seems to be working in the persuasion department

Lots of lady riders seem to be very happy  on the big Ks ER 6. Bomb proof engine, scope to lower seat, and suspension, very good bike with top notch reputation.
What would you rather be   or a wasp?
