a few months ago I bought a pair of new R.S.T textiles. but have only used them on the gtr which I have a kawasaki gel seat fitted, so the grip was fine ;D but the seat on my zzr1400 is a corbin seat and it's made of leather. my old rev'it textiles had a leather arse patch and the grip is a lot better. the R.S.T  textiles have not >:( took the zzr1400 out for a spin today and used the R.S.T textiles, every time I opened the zzr1400 up I could not change gear because I needed to hang on for dear life due to me sliding down the seat :( I could buy a grip cover but that would spoil the look of the seat >:( so any suggestions on what to use to make the seat less slippy. someone said use "milk" but surely that will make my arse stink more than it allready dose ;D
getting on now...  but not as old as Rog or Geoff

Try using double sided tape. It will hold you more firmly than the milk idea and your arse wont stink aswell !!! :-\

that's not a bad idea! I was thinking of winding down anyway ;D also won't need to buy as many rear tyres, and it would be kinder to the environment :) but there is a down side :( I would loose my streetcred ;)
