1400GTR Discussion / Re: The tyre review thread

Well after being out now in traditional tyre testing weathers over the last few weeks I'm damn impressed.

I spent the time making sure the suspension is set up right as it was way off (thanks Kwikasfuki for the nudge).

We've had 8 to 21 degree temperatures with driving rain and light drizzle and at know time did i feel that i wasn't in control.

Tried the bridgstones not fun in the wet, Tried the PR3s thought they were great

Hail the PR4 GT's  :punk: feeling very smug :mfr_lol:

O.K. after finally pushing it to the limit I've now bitten the bullet and thrown a pair of PR4 Gt's on. I got a £25 money back online from the manufacturer. Ooooh baby they really are the dogs whatsits for the first 500 miles great handling in the rain maybe we'll get some great weather for me to enjoy them properly !!!!! only time will tell how they fair against the old PR3's which were awesome!!!!

Hi Everyone, thought I'd get straight in and say hi. Just traded in my KTM 990 superduke for a midnight blue A9F. Picked it up last Sat great weather down to Kent from Brum only for the return journey to catch the monster of all storms. Thunder lightening driving rain gale force winds hail subzero temperatures to say the wife wasn't happy is an understatement!!!!
The bike was a dream held the road beautifully plenty of wind protection and comfy for the 3.5hrs it took to get home. Maybe catch some of you guys around for a ride out etc some time..anyways stay safe out there.
