And with ebikeinsurance you're not covered to ride any other bikes not owned by you. Not really an issue when you have more than one of your own!

I use ebikeinsurance for multiple bikes all done online. I can add, amend and delete bikes without any admin charges which is handy as I don't keep some of them very long!

May I suggest the Amazon link opens a new tab/window so I don't lose the forum. Thanks

Realised that I've got a dodgy front fork seal with oil running down the forks onto the brakes, the wheel and the tyre!!!!

Booked it for next Saturday as I still want it sold....

As we saw the other say on the M25/A13 roundabout. Was good to see ya, albeit briefly.
I got home without it overheating but once I parked it in the garage is spat steam.
Was a duff fan switch AND a jammed radiator cap valve.

Nice ot see you too. I recognised your beast of a bike from some way off LOL.

It's a good job you're handy in that department as I haven't got a clue so just stick it in my local bike garage. Bandit due in this weekend for its next service at 36k so the GTR will be coming out to play next week (to ensure the commuting traffic).

I had one, Xmas present. Used it twice and then gave it away. It works but is useless.
Any situation where you could use it, you have enough space to not need it.

Thanks for the feedback, Boomer just saved me a few quid!

What about one of these little gadgets?

I may give this a try....

Just like this one:

This is what I've got. They demonstrate it on a lovely smooth garage floor. Unfortunately, my garage floor is either carpeted or rough concrete basis. My driveway is rough concrete too, so not easy to move around as suggested.

I've got one of these which I picked up for £50 to rotate the bikes rather than push them back up my driveway. It's not easy but manageable.

Doesn't the FJR consider a mention here?

I would have thought it was a bit sportier than a Pan and in a similar vein to a GTR?

I quite like the look of them and although I've never ridden one would consider one as an alternative to the GTR I currently own.

Thanks BDB!

The button is for my heated grips and the knobs are for adjusting the temperature of my Gerbings heated gear.

Much neater than me struggling to control my gerbings gear with a dual controller stuck on my tankbag with velcro lol

I've managed to have three or four bikes at the same time, catering for touring, commuting, classic, etc. however, I was struggling with the need to buy tyres, servicing costs, etc. as one of them always needed something every month!

So once I've sold my 1991 VFR 750 either now or by the Spring, I aim to keep just two bikes on the road.  My 2008 GTR for touring, weekends away, days out and my 1997 Bandit 1200 for my everyday commuting and running about. Both bikes are very comfy for me and my partner, particularly the GTR she says, so that covers most eventualities I believe.

If I was to consider something else, maybe a bit newer, then I'd consider an FJR or a Versys (having sat on both at the N.E.C.).

Your bike with whichever colour scheme applied certainly has the WOW factor.
