Quote from: pross on June 30, 2021, 05:35:37 PMYou can  press both clock buttons in this will stop the flashing but you have a red light on display.
And you have to do it every time you start the bike 🤬🤬 .

Excellent - thank you!!

1400GTR Discussion / TPS warning
June 29, 2021, 04:56:43 PM
Apologies as this has probably been asked dozens of time, I just could not locate the answer.

I'll change the TPS batteries when I change the tyres. In the mean time is there are way to override the warning on the dash so I can see all the other functions (temp, range, etc.) as it continues to flash and will do so until the batteries completely die?

Why don't you clean them up, smooth off the rough edges and get them carbon dipped?

www.wickedcoatings.co.uk

They do a lot of this for Bournemouth Kawasaki with impressive results

Looks good that, will get a price from them - cheers!

Pictures 1-4 are l/h side. 5-8 are r/h side

All tabs and fasteners are ok, only damage is to the raised rim areas. These would smooth out with some fine sand paper and some 'back to grey'

Thanks, my are exactly the same. Thought I might be able to get a replacements or 3rd party carbon fibre.

Please tell us about the mistakes.

Managed to bounce off a TNT truck on the near side last year and this year managed to gentle let it down on the off side after a miss footing (well that's my excuse l9l)  :embarrassed: :embarrassed:

Confirm yours is a facelift 2010 model ?

If so I may have what you need.

I've fitted the BF-04, with a Givi st603 sport expandable tank bag (15litres) on my 2010 GTR. Just back from Europe today and it worked a treat

Are people still using Arashi discs? Can't seem to find any recent advice. Cheers, Allan

I've just moved from the 20s to the 30k as it was suggested the mesh system is better than the Bluetooth (longer range), if set up correctly.

From a recent trip I would say it was marginally clearer than the 20s and it didn't seem to drop out as much when the bikes where spread about.

Either way, the technology is still good imho

if you take it to the STEALER'S  they will charge you approx £225 per sensor fitted.

Amazed that nobody has set themselves up as a business opportunity
