The brake pedal went all the way down with no effort. It's a series 1, and ABS light did not come on whilst riding.

Mine was the deluxe comfort seat (non heated) and I found it excellent, it fitted me better than the standard seat and was shaped better front to back in that you didn't feel as if yer nuts were being squashedEDIT: nearly forgot Gillian reported that the pillion section was also very good
I purchased it second hand. Top Sellerie offer a service whereby you can send them a standard seat and they will recover it for you, which is the cheaper way of doing it, I believe a ZZR seat base is the same as the GTR and they are sometimes for sale on E-Bay![]()
Here's some pictures which I hope will help

Hi Halfpipe
Where are you? I have a 2009 GTR and the screen for 2008 and 2009 are the same but 2010 model on are different and require a different laminar lip to suit. I am in Stockport and if you are local you can pop round and have a look at my screen and lip.I am 6 ft tall and found the buffeting worse than the wind and have tried the standard screen with and without laaminar lip and also a Powerbronze screen. None of them as good as they should be for me. I have more recently just been using the standard screen without lip and have drilled 3 2 inch diameter holes across the bottom of the screen the equalise the wind pressure in front and behind the screen. So far this has worked for me and does not cause any problems for my wife on pillion.
I think Kawasaki cottoned on the the wind pressure business some time ago as the later models have a flap across the front of the screen.
) and find the wind buffering quite bad with the screen at the max height. After doing some research I thought about purchasing a Laminar Lip, however it appears that for pre-2010 models, there's a different lip depending on whether you have the standard screen or (presumably) a Kawasaki after-market taller screen.

Kawasaki also do a direct replacement for the original rack plate. This one comes wth Givi Monolock points already cast into it. I fitted one earlier this year and it made the topbox completely solid
part number 999940620 I paid about £65 in March
