Has anyone filled out the Kawasaki Retail Survey -> http://www.kawasaki.co.uk/info.asp?Id=340D9A6D331

If so, what was the product code you used? I've tried the obvious ZG1400CB but that's rejected. :-\

Look on the inside cover of your warranty and service book, product ID NO is the one you need. ;D

Hmm, tried that. Mine shows the last 6 numbers of the VIN and that's rejected too. ::)

mmmm Strange that mine starts with GB then six numbers.

Ta, that did the trick. Stuck the GB on the front of the 6 VIN digits and I'm in ;D
