...... to raise a huge grin on my mug this morning.
After a year and 16k miles, I finally replaced the spud gun with a TwoBros titanium can and link pipe. Such an improvement, lovely noise on the over-run, and giving it the beans over 5k rpm. I cannot believe I waited this long to replace that 9.5kg (!!!) exhaust.
On the way into London this morning, I was following a (I think) K1300S with the number plate BO08 MAD. That raised a chuckle too.
Simple things to brighten up my morning commute :D
Martin.
Sounds good mate ... photos ???
I am very tempted to change mine too after a life of being standard with all my bikes but as I commute a lot and leave the garage at 0500 some days I don't want to upset the neighbours !! ;D

Couple of hastily grabbed photos on my Blackberry. I think it looks good, and it certainly fits well with panniers or without.

Sound wise, it strikes a nice balance. On small throttle openings, and below 4k rpm, it is quite refined. It is louder than the stock can, and I would personally say still acceptable - even for 5am.
Above 4k, and with large throttle opening, it sounds like an F1 car. Just lovely.
No exaggeration here, but in the first year and 15k miles, I never went above 9k rpm. No point in my mind. Plenty of go below, and the noise was far from inspiring. Since fitting this 2Bros exhaust, I've been flirting with the red-line much more often. Lovely sound.
I bought mine second hand, and it came fitted with 2Bros' own baffle. Sounded very flat at idle, so I removed the baffle, but I have since seen comment from US owners praising the sound even with the baffle fitted.

OOOOOhhh Errrrrrr .... That DOES look nice :)
Shut it !
Have had my 2Bros Titanium for 3 years now.

Mine has the P1 baffle/tip and like you say it's a muted rumble below 4k and builds to a screaming howl at the redline. ;D
It also pops and crackles on over-run. You can fix that if you don't like it by blocking a rubber hose in the air-exhaust system.
Personally I like it.
It stays pretty clean with normal washing and the occasional application of Brasso.
My only complaint is that the black carbon like end seems to be slowly eroding around the bolts.

Ooooooh yes. Done 500 miles with the can fitted now (baffle removed from the start), and that howl is positively addictive. It is quite a musical sound however, definite hints of V10 BMW M5/M6 or Gallardo in there rather than the normal tortured inline 4 wail of a typical bike exhaust.
Should have bought one a year ago.
