Title: Message for Lonewolf
Post by: Kevin on September 27, 2011, 11:58:33 AM
Morning LW,

I've just received an email that I'm sure will appeal to you:

Quote from: Mailshot
Dear Kevin,
This week is being forecast as one of the brightest and warmest weeks of the summer with temperatures expected to reach up to 28 degrees.

Although probably far from your mind, this coming weekend may be one of the last of the warm & dry weekends that you get to make those vital preparations for protecting your paintwork and other parts from our harsh winter weather. we have therefore included a link below to our Guide to Winter Car Care & Protection.

This months edition also includeds details of the Auto Express Glass Cleaner Test 2011, how to choose the best alloy wheel brush and how the commodities markets have an impact on your detailing products....

All I'm thinking about is getting out there on the bike but I realise you may have things like this on your mind <g>.

(If truth be told I wish I was more diligent about cleaning the bikes but I get no pleasure from it at all and life is too short)

Kevin

Kevin, many thanks for that, where's the link though? No point teasing me with talk of new cleaning tactics and products and then not including the link.  8)
This coming Saturday in particular however will be spent enjoying a day in Staffordshire at the RTTW. Sunday & Monday will be bike cleaning day' again. If I had half the amount of bikes you have I think I'd lack the motivation also to start cleaning them all.  ;)

Here (http://www.performancemotorcare.com/blog/2010/11/12/winter-car-care-protection-how-to-protect-and-care-for-your-car-during-winter/?utm_medium=email&utm_source=Performance+Motorcare+Products+Ltd&utm_campaign=September+Newsletter&utm_content=WinterCare&dm_i=EGN,H3XU,28AWKG,1G8CZ,1) you go.

Tomorrow I could give you the link to 'How to Choose the Best Alloy Wheel Brush for Your Car'. (Keep your public always wanting more.  :) )

I wouldn't mind but the only time I bought anything from them, as a result of a recommendation by someone else, I must have left it on too long and it was a complete b4stard to get back off! I learned my lesson - 'detailing' products are not for me.

Edit: I remembered after a parcel was delivered today that this is also the place I get my Posi-Taps, etc. from so not all of their products are not for me!
