well it's that time of the year, insurance QUOTE through the post !!! happy to say it's £46.64 cheaper than last year, with all the requirements added.the gtr1400 & the triumph thruxton 900 both fully comp with all the added extras £381.28, more than happy with that. :clap: :clap: :clap:

I paid £97 for my GTR1000 and £189 for my GTR1400 this year.
Living in south Essex doesn't help, but being garaged does.
It's been a strange year, both our car policy's were lower this year than last and even my bike policy was significantly cheaper this year than last.

I am normally with MCE and always had a good price 👍.
But I have received an email saying they are in administration with the receivers.they are saying any claims now in process or claims till the policy ends will be honoured
Didn't realise till now they were based in Gibraltar.
So will see when up for renewal
£123 inc broker fee with Grove & Dean comprehensive insurance (£350 compulsory and £100 voluntary excess) for the GTR
I've just been through mine as well.
Carole Nash originally came through with a renewal that was 10% more than last year, so I called them to see if that had accidentally mixed up my premium with my telephone number.
Having had a re-think they came back with a premium that was 5% less than last year.
I really think that sometimes insurers will try it on and see who is lazy enough to bite.

Very true once upon a time you had decent discounts for loyalty to them 👍 sadly not anymore a thing of the past it pays to call them and search around 👍
