Hi I just use a 10mm Allen on a socket seems to do the trick  think it depends on how tight they are ..spray some brake cleaner first or wd40 lightly ensure to clean disc afterwards

personally I wouldn't  put WD40 anywhere near a brake disc

On the GSX1400 the usual method used by owners was a screw extractor inseted and turned by hand or a low speed battery drill.

TBH it is not something I have yet felt the need to do with the GTR.

I'd also be dubious about using lubricant around the brakes, but a bit of brake cleaner might not hurt to ease things up perhaps?

The best way to sort the seizing bobbins is to fit Brembo discs and forget about it.
