My renewal for the multi - bike policy (one modern bike, BMW K1300GT and a few classics) came through in September of last year, and was around £170.00 cheaper than for previous years. As it was with the same company that I have been with for very many years, I called the broker to confirm that there were no changes to the policy (there were not) and so I renewed immediately.

I have just been in touch with the Guinness Book of Records to have this recorded as a world's 1st, they themselves had never heard of an insurance company reducing their fees by so much (if at all). Panorama are considering doing a documentary on it and Trevor Mcdonald will be broadcasting it on the 9 o'clock news!   :mfr_lol:

On a serious note that is excellent news and must have been a very pleasant surprise. The suspicious element within me says they can afford to reduce your policy because they know damn well the lockdown will be in force all year and there's no way you'll be riding anywhere!!

In that case that's what I would call a RESULT tapps ... well done

When we moved to N.I in 2017 our vehicle insurance costs escalated, since we moved 'home' they have returned to some sort of normality, I have found Saga Insurance to be very competitive when renewing our vehicle insurances in the past month or so

Nice one Tapps  but if it's £330 CHEAPER it must have been very expensive in the first place  What were you paying old fruit ?

let's just say it was double that plus a bit more, it seemed to go up after i sold my yamaha xjr 1300 & replaced it with my triumph thuxton 900 EFI,it doesn't make any sense to me what so ever, the thruxton is so much tamer than the xjr, the xjr was so much more aggressive than the thruxton,i put a quote in on the carole nash site last year & there was very little difference between the two.i must add i am 62 with a clean licence.
