Title: Forest of Bowland, Lancashire.
Post by: Lonewolf on August 26, 2020, 01:50:03 PM
A couple of weeks ago I had a short ride out to the Forest of Bowland, an area which I had never visited before. Unfortunately I went unprepared so I didn't really know where I should be going, or which routes I should be taking, but nevertheless a ride is a ride and here's a short video including some drone shots of the area and small villages which I rode through. I do intend to go back again when possible as it was truly beautiful there.

I did enjoy that Steve thank you, that part of the world is particularly beautiful and worth visiting at any time, I used to travel to Slaidburn regularly and meet up for a cuppa at the Riverside cafe.

Watch it back again Steve and at 11.52 you will see a Grey haired chap sat outside talking to a bloke in a stripey top.....the grey haired chap is someone that you know.... but who ?

You did very well to ID him from my video, you must really watch them and not just set the video off and then take Oscar out for a walk returning as the credits appear.  :mfr_lol:

:mfr_lol:  of course I watch them thoroughly,  they are good and I enjoy them, especially now I'm no longer able to bike

You and I both know that 25 minutes  isn't long enough for an 'Oscar walk ......maybe an hour    :mfr_lol:  and he's  just been to the dog groomer today so he looks and smells lovely, I  don't know how long that will last though   :mfr_lol:   /color]
