Title: Throttle bodies sync
Post by: crisp on April 19, 2020, 04:53:29 AM
Hi, I've a GTR with 28,000 miles on the clock. It seems to hunt when cold. Has anyone done a throttle body sync on their GTR. From what i've Researched & read in the manual is confusing to me. So if someone can give me some guidance or " how to" I'd be very appreciative. Thanks  :ohplease:

Hunting when cold is normally caused by the idle being set to too low.
Get her fully warmed up, then set the idle to 1200rpm.

Thanks f or the reply, the idle has been set at 1300, that's why I'm thinking maybe throttle sync. I'm going to change my spark plugs first maybe that will help?

Think I'd check/replace the air filter first.  Just to be sure
