Title: Freedom of Information Request

Has anyone ever submitted a request to a public authority under the FOI Act for information held on them etc, if so how did it work out, did you get the information you required? Is there any advice you can offer as I am drafting a request currently.

I'm no expert but somethings nagging in the recesses that compliance with freedom of information requests are at present temperarily suspended. However don't take it as gospel at my advanced years I'm prone to errors of accuracy.

I've heard back from the authority I've submitted the request to. They have made me aware there could be a slight delay in the response because of the virus but I will still get it.
