Got a  need for speed fancy a zzr 1400 ,what do people think of the 2007 models ,still got me other bikes so won't get over used , just getting one at the right price £3500 no more , with less than 20 thou on clock ,as i know how hard it is to shift out with high miles on , quite a  few on here have gone zzr to gtr im off gtr to zzr ,  :biker3:

I've never sampled a ZZR as it would probably scare the living daylights out of me, however I believe they are a formidable beast regardless of the year and you will not be disappointed.

I purchased a new ZZR 1400 from Slingers (I think it was called back then) in Blackpool in 2007

It was awesome in fact it was  :censored: awesome - a proper beast, and felt capable of ripping your arms out of their sockets ... it probably could/would have.   :mfr_lol:

It was unsuitable for my back and despite some adjustments sadly I just couldn't live with it..... however that was my problem and not any shortcoming of the bike.... I part exchanged it for a GTR 1400

Try it .... I doubt that you will be disappointed..... I think there are some good deals out there even including some of the performance models

Roger liked his !! And like Steve I have not ridden one but know a few who have and no one has bad mouthed it ... lovely bike. Personally I would not worry too much about the miles .. if you are going to keep it .. even these "older" bikes are all put together with care and computers and although bits do wear out I am sure it would put a smile on your face .. get one !
