Has anyone used Hilltop Motorcycles, http://www.hilltopmotorcycles.co.uk/ in the UK for ECU flashing.

Hilltop did my R1200RT in August 2019, very happy with the service & resulting performance of the bike.
There's an awful lot of bad publicity about Hilltop on the internet. Certainly several zzr owners are in dispute. "Smoke and mirrors" seems to sum it up.

I have purchased the hardware used to access the GTR1400 ECU and expect delivery in early February. Cost will be 350 euro, upgrades are 75 euro. I'm off there myself next month, but I will be cocooned in my car and enjoying the heated seats, heated steering wheel all-wheel drive and cross climate tyres! I don't think I would chance it on my bike in February :smiley:

Here's a timed run slip from the El Mirage Dry Lake speed trials, as ridden by world record holder Michael Cox. Michael is the current land speed record holder with a twin engine turbo'd kawasaki . Michael made this run with his stock engine 2009 Kawasaki Concours 1400. The only power modifications were a de-catted stock head pipe, a 2 brothers 2" slip on muffler,enlarged ram air intake, and Shoodaben Engineering's ECU flash. This is an "unofficial" run as there is no class for the mods Michael has on this Concours. 182.013mph... WOW. Thanks Michael!
