Title: Hello fellow GTR1400 riders.
Post by: GLA55Y on November 23, 2019, 07:45:19 PM
Hello everyone. I'm in Middlesbrough and have owned the GTR about 4 months.

She had a scorpion exhaust fitted and I didn't like it, so fitted the stock can back on and it suits me.

I'm in Middlesbrough and generally ride around the Yorkshire dales or Scottish borders. Also the odd charity ride.

Hope to get some useful information from this forum and if I can give help I will.

Mick.

:185: Mick, either the Yorkshire Dales or Scotland is a winner with me. Five trips to Scotland so far this year, I can't get enough of the place. We have a group meet in Scotland next May if you fancy it, have a look at the adventure section.

She's 2010, 22500 miles but rides like a new one. Brown in colour with a mettalic look. Shines up nicely.

I think it was Reeth where there was a lovely pie shop, not too far from you are parked if my memory serves me correctly.

I seem to recall that you may have scoffed the occasional Ice Cream at Reeth too

Welcome Mick..the GTR in metallic brown looks stunning to my eye.

I miss having the moors, dales and lakes within easy reach now I'm down in Peterborough. I've found some decent runs down there too - I'd recommend Uppingham>Market Harborough>Melton Mowbray>Rutland Water to anyone looking to ride in the area.
