Which are the best value crash bars, some appear a bit of a job to fix, which I don't mind, unless there are some out there that aren't , also, do you need pannier guards as well? :undecided:
I have the r g front bars and cayon cage bars on the back,
Thanks Lloyd
R&G fitted to my bike, simply the best out there.
I've got r-g and I think that they look the best ,,crash wise don't know how good they would be in a slide down the road but going by their other products I'm sure they would be up to the job ,
R&G for me as well. I had a low/no speed drop on a 3in1 hairpin and went down to the left. Bars too all the weight without any deforming and completely saved the fairing panels. (I did lose a mirror though). Luckily didn't have the panniers on at the time....
Thanks guys R&G it is :agree:
I have these and I like them

People seem to have ignored the fact you have an original GTR.
I don't believe R&G make bars for the original GTR, just the "mkII" version.
They do make crash bungs, which involves drilling holes through the fairing panels; something I was never a fan of.
I went with these: http://projektd.com/product_info.php?cPath=27_39_40&products_id=71
Fast delivery, perfect fit, and no drilling required.
Best of luck whatever you go with.
Cheers
