I've a cheapo Chinese Bluetooth headset for my  TomTom and it has FM radio built in.  Works well enough for me

Have a look at some marine websites and see what they use on boats. The marine sets are ideal as they are waterproof and don't need to be stashed away. Even marine quality Bluetooth speakers are a cheap option for the same reasons

Been looking at the cheaper models freedcom t max ,can get a twin set for 103 pounds ,anyone used this
