Hopefully Paul won't mind me answering on his behalf. He sold the Kaoko to me at the weekend.  It arrived today and took about 2 minutes to fit.
Thanks, Paul.

Extremely good on long touring runs, sat at cruising speed on major roads and motorways just nip it in place and you can take you hand off the bars for a bit of a stretch to ease the wrist etc.

I haven't tried it on the road yet but the concept looks very good. Wind it right off in normal riding. When riding at constant speed for a long time just wind it towards you (it's left hand thread) until there's a slight resistance. You can now take your hand off the throttle and it'll stay where it is so you can fly 'straight and level'.

See.  https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://www.youtube.com/watch%3Fv%3D_WJxhPxcviQ&ved=2ahUKEwiTzqDq2vffAhWrSxUIHR0BDzc4ChCjtAEwBXoECAEQDQ&usg=AOvVaw0cBEcBskBwV8teCKMuHr-T

To fit it,  undo the bolt and remove the original throttle-side bar end. Put on the Kaoko plastic washer then the knurled wheel. Using the longer bolt supplied and a small amount of threadlock ,  replace your bar end and tighten. Done.

I previously used a cramp buster but that requires keeping at least your right palm on the throttle and only let's you flex your fingers a bit.
