Title: Remus hexacone baffle wanted
Post by: mcfroyce44 on October 15, 2018, 08:29:21 PM
If you recently traded in your 2007 GTR1400 to Phillip McCallen motorcycles with a Remus hexacone pipe on it and still have the baffle for it   please contact me as I'd like to buy the baffle from you. I'm the bike 's new owner.

Alternatively, if you've a baffle to fit a Remus Hexacone pipe that you'd be willing to sell please get in touch.
Thanks

Can't you get the previous owners details from the V5?

Due  to the changes made to Data Protection laws earlier this year, DVLA no longer supply previous owner's details.

The V5 arrived and it was the first thing I looked at. I've asked the sales person to phone the last owner but am not confident he will remember.

That sounds about right for McCallen   :whistling:

Spoke to Phillip McCallen himself. Previous bike owner bought it without the baffle.  Philip said if I measured it or called with him he'd probably have a baffle of the correct diameter which he'd give me.

Decided to get exactly the right part to ensure no jetting or power loss issues.

Turns out its a Remus Okami. I thought it was a Hexacone because that's what the advert said when I bought the bike recently. I've ordered it from Calsport for £45 including postage to N.Ireland.
As you say,  not cheap but can't be helped.

Thanks for kind suggestions.
