That could actually see him getting sent down for a wee stretch. Criminal damage to property valued at £5000 or more falls into a specific category other than just simple criminal damage.
it looks like a new £18000.00 sx supercharged, seen it before but I think something else happened before the taxi driver drove off , the bike is in mco wigan , according to a previous previous post , if it was mine I wouldn't want it back, surely it will be written off.
There is no volume .. in the original the driver cuts him up at a roundabout ... the biker gets all excited and stops him .. theres a lot of swearing and he bashes his mirror in anger as the driver doesn't care ... he then engages 1st gear and does him over ! :yes:
There is a good lesson here, cars generally always win with the damage and mass stakes.
I run a video camera 24/7 in both the car and bike, I let the rozzers do their job, alas, I dont get the same satisfaction I used to get, I'm quite intimidating so my size, presence and temper could escalate is silly situation like this.
I could also beat the living S*** out of them too, still, not the best solution.
Humiliation via Youtube, Police or facebook does the job these days and nobody has run over my GTR :clap:
