Title: Just bought a GTR1400. I've had the old GTR1000 years ago .

Just bought ( not picked up yet ) a 2008 Black GTR1400. I had the old GTR1000 years ago when I was a youngster and loved her for comfort and mile munching performance. I'm looking forward to getting back into it and wife permitting, doing a bit of touring and long weekends away on her.  That's the bike, not the wife.  :mfr_lol: :mfr_lol:

I still have my GTR1000 and still love it.
Also have a 1400 and while it's definately more exciting than the 1000, I wouldn't say the comfort is as good.
If I had to choose, I would keep the 1000.
Luckily, I can have both  :clap: :banana: :punk:
