Title: Touring Seat Required
Post by: halfpipe on March 11, 2018, 08:23:02 PM
Hi all, looking to purchase a touring seat (Sargent/Corbin/Top Sellerie etc.) that's all day comfortable for rider and pillion. If you have something like this, and are looking to sell, please let me know.

Cheers

Hello Halfpipe.

I am letting my GTR go and have a Top Sellerie seat available only done about a 1000 miles so like new. Currently you are looking at around £350 for a new one at todays exchange rate, if you're interested I'm looking for £200 plus postage. These seats make all the difference to the ride. My regular pillion vouches for them as well. PM me if interested. Cheers Cloudwalker

Hi guys.
I've been looking at seats as I'd like a more comfortable one. Looking at the Top Selerie ones, there are so many to choose from. Do you know which version yours is for info purposes

Mine was the deluxe comfort seat (non heated) and I found it excellent, it fitted me better than the standard seat and was shaped better front to back in that you didn't feel as if yer nuts were being squashed       EDIT:  nearly forgot Gillian reported that the pillion section was also very good

I purchased it second hand. Top Sellerie offer a service whereby you can send them a standard seat and they will recover it for you, which is the cheaper way of doing it, I believe a ZZR seat base is the same as the GTR and they are sometimes for sale on E-Bay

Here's some pictures which I hope will help

Looks lovely. Pillion comfort is probably more important than rider comfort tbh  :mfr_lol:. Hearing good things about Top Sellerie!
