Title: Potential newbie
Post by: big mike on October 31, 2017, 06:30:14 PM
I'm looking for a tourer to replace my tiger 1050 and really fancied the GTR,
Due to buying a new Harley earlier this year my budget is limited so looking at an older higher mile bike,
What's your views on an early model , it's a 57 plate with 23k on it,
Bike has had 1 owner who bought it in Dubai new and personally imported it, its had headlight and clocks done with history to back the mileage.
It's a standard bike with side cases no top box and decent condition and up at a local dealers for £5499,
Appreciate any feedback
Mike

Hi folks,
not getting the use of my GTR due to other commitments and looking to sell
Its a 2011 (11 plate) with FSH and only 15k miles
Green with top box.
Front tyre good, rear tyre just replaced 100 miles ago
MOT'd 10 months
Not yet sure of price, only just decided this morning
Any interest on here before I go down the usual selling routes?
Based in SW Scotland

Hi Mike,

Are you sorted? I'm scouting around for the right bike myself and am interested to hear what sort of deals are being done as dealer ticket prices seem a bit remote from reality sometimes!
