In Croatia that is. Tomorrow I drop my wife at Zagreb airport for her flight back to the UK after two week's of meandering, mostly in the rain!
Then I'm turning the bike north and heading home, out of Croatia, through Slovenia and to my first stop in Villach, Austria.
Just hope you have better weather on the way back dude......fingers crossed.
Yes indeed, have a safe and dry trip back :punk:
Update. Had an overnight in Villach, then next day took a route through the passes via Leinz, Mittersall and into Kitzbuhel. What a stunning ride, through deep valley's with high snow capped mountain's either side. A very popular biking route, and as it was Sunday there were a lot of bikes about. Climbed up and went through the Felbertauern tunnel, about 5Km long, popped out the other side into a winter wonderland of snow. Then had a great run down and into Kitzbuhel. Had an overnight stop in Grobelhauzen south of Munich.
Today an early start, away for 8am with a temp of 4'c but a lovely sunny autumn morning. Went around Munich then off at Augsburg and a run up the "Romantic road" to my present location, Rothenburg ob der Tauber. Lovely walled German town.
Tomorrow heading further north for my last night before the run for the ferry and home.
Sounds like a lovely run, enjoy the rest of the return trip
