Title: Peak District
Post by: patrick on July 05, 2011, 07:01:22 PM
Sunday, 3rd July, and I helped with safety cover, through NEG, on a National Trust charity Sportif cycle event. Just over 300 riders doing route of upto 87 miles on a scorching day.

Fab scenery but I only managed to get the camera out at the end of the day before setting off to ride home.

Have you thought about setting up a HD GoPro camera on the bike? You can set it for still pics rather than video, you'd potentially get some very unique and interesting photos of riders from the position of your bike.

I've just been provided, on long term loan, with a video camera kit from my Rospa group as we use them to give better feed back to trainees.

Once I get it fitted (probably under the air intakes) I'll be using on the cycle events as well as getting some film of my own riding for my youtube account.
