Just a quick update since my last service - the big one!
After reading several threads about smoking on start up and changing cam sensor seal, asked garage to check.
I was advised "never done on of those, but rocker cover gaskets are known to weep!"
So, new rocker cover gasket ordered and fitted while spanner was tappet checking.
3 months later, plenty of miles and park ups, not a sign of the start up burning oil since gasket changed!

It's a great feeling when an annoying problem like this is finally fixed.... :biker3:
