Had a truck turn right in front of me from the left lane with no indicators.
Was on the GTR1000 which is broken again.
I have extensive bruising and a separated AC joint on my right shoulder.
Am now officially bored of being in pain because of incompetent f***wits being allowed to drive.
Truck driver is being prosecuted (had a witness) but i am the one who gets to endure the pain and hassle.
Sorry to say that I will not now being attending the meet in Yorkshire.
Be safe out there my friends.
Glad you're 'ok'. Heck, I was in my truck today and nearly got pushed into a barrier by an old lady that didn't want to hear my horn. :gun_bandana:
oh no george, that's bad news, I hope that you recover fully and quickly
Sorry to hear that George. Hope you get well soon.
There but for the Grace of God... best wishes for a quick and full recovery.
Hope you have a speedy recovery and the F***wit get whats he deserves.
Take care Boomer :punk:
Hoping Karma kicks in and wishing a quick heal, light duties (330ml bottles instead of a pint sleever is my recommendation!!)
George, hope you mend quickly, at least you had a witness, it's good that they stopped to offer their assistance and provide an account to the :police: .
Take care, Steve.
Get well soon boomer.
The driving standards out there at the moment are disgusting they must just be perfect for the test then everything goes out the window..
Heal quickly boomer
Get well soon Boomer. All the very best.

Take it easy B....hope everything goes well for you. As a trucker myself I see shit like this almost every day, but we're not all like that twat...hope they take his licence off him.
Very sorry to read this George .. hope you mend soon.
Bugger! Hope you make a speedy recovery. good luck.
Some drivers... :censored: :gun_bandana: :2guns:
Glad you managed to walk away from it. Bike vs Truck often doesn't end well.
I can sympathise about your shoulder. After a bad off on a mountain bike (a few years ago now) I ended up like Quasimodo. I ended up having surgery to bolt the shoulder-end of my collarbone back down into place. It's still not right, after all these years...
Cheers
