Searching for the holy grail, vented and waterproof jacket and trouser combo with decent protection.
Any recommendation's?
I had dianese gortex combo.Sill found them to sweaty around town and for walking about in.Now have a merlin waxed cotton jacket with a good pair of jeans.Held waterproof bottoms and oxford rainseal top rolled up on rack although the jacket is w/proof .Happy.
Check out Weise Airspin stuff. I have the jacket which is basically armoured mesh, but has a zip-in waterproof lining. Worn for 2 tours round Spain & Portugal. Pretty much perfect imho.

I have the Dainese riddor goretex jacket and trousers.
At the moment cannot fault them I purchased through Streetbike in Halesowen interest free and free back protector.
The jacket has a removable collar more for winter and waterproof zips and waterproof rear zip vents the front has zipped vents that stay open using magnets sowed into lining and the trousers have two zipped vents .
It may be too warm abroad but I haven't had that experience with them.
I think they was around £800 but you get quality at a price I cannot fault them. :clap: :clap:
Can someone more able than I post the link here ... there are many I,m sure as this is a well versed subject. Mainly depends on budget and wether you fancy some kit AND then put your waterproofs over the top or go for the all day/night sooper dooper kit from Rukka or Klim or indeed Dianese. :smiley:

Went with Dainese super speed D dry jacket, mesh jacket with CE shoulder, elbow and back protection, with waterproof detachable inner jacket. And dainese D-explorer goretex trouser's. Very pleased in this current weather
