Hi All
I have the standard screen on my 2009 GTR and I am 6'2". Now i don't want to be insulated from the world but when i put the screen up on a long run i would like a little less head buffeting.
I have sen for sale two heights on the touring screens 550mm and 600mm. I don't want to get the tallest if the shorter one is adequate for me but likewise don't want to waste money on the 550 to find it isn't tall enough?? Any thoughts from your experiences?? :ohplease:

Quite a few on here have fitted a laminar lip to the original and had good results.

I'm 6' 2" also and hate the buffering, only last week I bought the Vstream screen, not cheap at £176, but it's loads better than the stock one. It's about 2.5"/ 3" taller...but after a ride over the weekend upto Boston I would have loved the screen just that little higher.....but we're all different my mate rides a ZZR 1400 and he's happy to be blown about. :grin:

I've got a MRA screen in my garage off a 2009 bike. I bought it without reading the advert properly. Don't know if you're interested.

Icefever, that's helpful and would suggest the 550 screen would be enough to do what iam after which is good as its cheaper :grin:
550mm + laminar lip + ear plugs. Sorted :smiley:
