maybe changing your glasses for some with thin wire type arms would be cheaper than a new helmet

Just a thought

Modular Shark Evoline 3.
Never had a full face lid that worked with glasses.

Good thought OC. But have just tried shark evo one and that was really easy, due to cut outs, for glasses so may go down that route.

:agree: I changed my evoline 3 Shark last year for the Evo 1, both are ok with glasses, no ptoblem. In fact, excellent, good quality  helmet all round. The Evo One is lighter  and a tad more comfy with better ventilation. Would recommend to anyone, resonable price too...

Always keep my specs on when putting helmet on. Never had a problem. I take them off before removing helmet.

Try a pair of prescription sunglasses. Thick, straight plastic arms slide into the helmet easily. 'reactolite' lenses for summer.  I get mine from Optilabs (https://www.optilabs.com/product/orbit/)

As a teenager my Dad showed me how to make, adjust and repair spectacle frames, he was a manufacturing optician in the 60s. I recently asked the assistant in Specsavers Stockport if they could cut down the sides of my new glasses and straighten them and shape them to my head so they could be used easily with a helmet. She said yes and called it a skull fit or something similar and I await the results. Best bit is they will not charge extra for this service when done with new specs. I must add  that it is not difficult to cut down the sides of the specs and file the ends round and smooth, just be careful to bend gently and if a metal frame, it is easier, just remove the plastic ends, cut down, file smooth, replace plastic end and bend to shape. Plastic frames will need heating before bending. Beware that old frames may have become brittle with age.
Years ago we would remove the sides, cut down at the front end to suit and refit the hinge or joint but modern frames do not permit this as they are made by machine rather than by hand.

It won't be too long before we can ride with our eyes closed.
I wonder if Tesler are going to produce a batterybike that rides itself.
No need for the crap Kawasaki silencer!
