Title: H4 light : LED or halogen?
Post by: badaboum on January 31, 2017, 01:47:05 PM
Hey guys

Any clue what would be the best LED headlight for the GTR?

I run Phillips blue vision, I am happy with them but was thinkin in upgrading

Also, will it be as bright as the halogen?

Thanks

The GTR has H4 bulbs, not H7.
I have Osram Nightbreakers and like them.

Indeed.

Sorry, I keep mixing H1 H4, H7 and H11 as my cars have different one.

I am looking for really white lights as my DRL are white LEDs

THe OSRAM are not fully white, right?

Thanks

Where did you go to school Wook?
You sound like you've recently landed from outaspace and are struggling to make yourself understood!
Hugely funny!

I was thinking of changing to led but dont do much night riding.Theres lots of reviews on google and utube. Phillips are a good named brand. Also some of the members on C.O.G (concours owners group )  USA forum have done the upgrade. Maybe have a look there.Give us a review if decide to go for it.

Al lot of M.Cs problem is the shape of the reflector and, no matter how powerfull the bulb or genre ..a shite light is a shite light (sorry shite is geordie for under performing ).
So its possible the individual may NEVER have the illumine he or she desires

I put hids on mine £23 on ebay they are car ones but they have been on for 12month and perform great just Plug and play and 2 leds for the small lights at the bottom no problem with mot or other drivers/riders.
