Oops
that bike is badly damaged. ...personally I'd give it a wide berth, unless of course you are a capable repairer
The blood bike that I had my "incident" on back in August was slightly worse than this one and was an insurance write off. It was a 14 plate with about 18,000 miles on it. We asked about buying it back but it was taken away from us with a promise of first refusal to buy back. After waiting for a while we made more enquiries, only to be told "Sorry it was sold at auction to a salvage company for the princely sum of £327. Yes, thats right £327. Somebody must have got a lovely back hander out of that and it puts into perspective why insurance premiums are so high. I'm expecting my own premium to be loaded at renewal even though my insurance company haven't suffered a loss.
By the way, this is not the bike!!
There was no intention by us to try and repair it but there was value in using the spares for our other GTR's
its a cat d write off, problems with insurance and the absolute kiss of death should you ever want to sell it on ,
You can get a good condition 2007/2008 for that money. Will be amazed if they get a single bid with that start price.
Tell ya wot .. smeggin T cut ain't gonna work :mfr_lol:
It'll probably crab like my Austin Maxi used to do!
Looks like it's been withdrawn from sale now anyway.
Ate it will probably appear as parts ... always think that's a sad end for any noble bike
